The mission of the Distribution Department is to deliver Everyday Luxury experiences through a seamless and structured Distribution Network.
THE OPPORTUNITY

You will play a pivotal role in managing the operations that deliver on our world-class Distribution Centre results. THE ROLE
As the Supervisor, Distribution, you will:
- Uphold excellence within the four walls of our Distribution Centre via strategic operations management and centralized communications between Aritzia and the 3PL
- Manage the inbound, outbound, and inventory operations of our 3PL, ensuring effective and efficient execution
- Deliver 3PL expertise on Aritzia initiatives
- Manage quality of people, process, technology, space, reporting, and product in the 3PL
- Enable new store openings with optimized 3PL preparation and execution
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Supervisor, Distribution, has:
- Proven skills, education and/or applicable certifications in DC operations and automation, retail operations, WMS, 3PLs, critical analysis, and verbal and written communication
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
